Transfer Pump

The PCM Troika transfer pump combines PCM's proven expertise in downhole and surface transfer technologies to create a pump, perfectly adapted for difficult surface transfer tasks.

For transfer tasks, it enables you to adjust the flow easily in high pressure conditions with the inherent PCP benefits: multiphase handling, non pulsating flow, non-emulsifying design.

During exploration and production, PCM Troika pumps can play a vital role in transfer, injection and vessel-emptying operations.

Transfer Pumps are particularly well suited to variable pressures and flow rates, even in low NPSH (Net Positive Suction Head) conditions. They can handle multiphase products with ease, including degassing fluids and high sand cuts in sour environments.

Using PCM's Troika pumps can reduce operating expenses and maintenance costs. Due to their high hydraulic efficiency, they require lower installed power.

New Progressing Cavity Pump (NPCP) technology is capable of handling multiphase fluids with up to a 100% Gas Void Fraction (GVF) without the need for an external flush or bypass. This new technology is highly cost effective, as it allows you to transfer multiphase fluids without emulsion to the central processing station and eliminates the need for expensive in-field separation. The system's low-speed operation and ability to handle variable flows can contribute to extending well life.
